I get leg cramps due to a lack of magnesium. so needless to say, I take a lot of magnesium! After taking it a few days, this supplement seems very high quality and my body absorbs it well. The supplement facts are easy to read and it is well packaged. Non GMO is always a plus in my book!

Due to an increased lack of energy I was looking for a magnesium supplement. I came across these and thought it would be great since they had the added benefit of calcium. This has been a good supplement so far – I really like that it covers all of my calcium and magnesium needs, plus having a bit of vitamin D and boron is a plus. It’s hard to tell the effects of calcium, but the magnesium effect is clear to me. I’ve taken magnesium before to sleep better and to help with muscle recovery, and I’m feeling the effects. I am not a great sleeper, and since taking this for a couple of weeks it seems much better and I stay asleep longer.

The pills are a bit dusty – I think one of mine broke in the container, but overall are really easy to take because they are encapsulated. The only con so far is that the full serving is 4 capsules, and they are taking up almost all of the room in my daily pill box 🙂

I bought this as my diet don’t have enough calcium. I’m so glad it also comes with magnesium, vitamin D and boron. I take 2 capsules a day, 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon along with food. After started taking this, I feel I am sleeping better without any interruption. I feel I am energetic and I can keep on going without a break. I’ll definitely continue taking this as my everyday supplement!!

I got this product from Review Kick and I have to say that I’m loving this product. I really only needed the magnesium for my migraines, but the fact that it comes with other stuff that I also need was a great bonus. I don’t take the 4 a day that it suggests, I only take 1-2. So far while on it, no migraines (YAY!). Would recommend this product to anyone.

I desperately needed a calcium supplement so I decided to get this one. It has been a great supplement so far. The capsules are a easy size to swallow and they seem to be working just fine. I can’t think of anything negative to report regarding this product.
